As Bitcoin slightly declined, cryptocurrency-related stocks showed mixed trends. Metaplanet from Japan fell 6.4%, reversing the previous day's sharp rise.
According to Yahoo Finance on May 31 (local time), MicroStrategy (MSTR), a Bitcoin-holding company, closed trading at $369.06, down 0.42%.
Coinbase (COIN) dropped 0.89% to $246.62, and fintech company Block (XYZ) fell 0.66% to $61.75. Robinhood (HOOD) rose 3.44%, closing at $66.15.
Kindly MD (KDLY), which disclosed its Bitcoin holding strategy, surged 9.4% to $24.94, while Cantor Equity Partners (CEP) declined 4.24% to $40.33.
Gryphon Digital Mining (GRYP) sharply increased by 20.7% to $1.20, and medical device company Semler Scientific (SMLR) closed at $40.00, down 0.2%.
Metaplanet (3350.T) from Japan fell 6.4%, closing at 1,067 yen, with trading volume reaching 55.27 million shares.
Mining stocks decline... MARA·CLSK weak, CIFR·BITF also fall
Cryptocurrency mining stocks generally showed weakness and were adjusting.
Marathon Digital (MARA) closed at $14.12, down 3.36%, ranking 6th in market trading volume. Riot Platforms (RIOT) fell 1.34% to $8.07.
Cleanspark (CLSK) dropped 1.71% to $8.63, and Core Scientific (CORZ) traded at $10.65, down 0.37%.
Cipher Mining (CIFR) declined 4.0% to $3.12, Iris Energy (IREN) fell 2.5% to $8.39, and Hut 8 Mining (HUT) closed at $15.27, down 0.7%.
Bit Digital (BTBT) dropped 0.42% to $2.36, Bitfarms (BITF) fell 1.6% to $0.92, and Hive Digital (HIVE) decreased 0.6% to $1.80. Terrawolf (WULF) traded at $3.53, down 3.0%.
Bitcoin on the same day recorded $103,458, down 0.53%, trading in the early $100,000 range.
