T-Mobile begins paying $350 million to customers affected by data breach

According to The Daily Hodl, T-Mobile, one of the world's largest telecommunications carriers, is beginning to distribute $350 million in class action settlement funds to millions of customers affected by the massive cyber attack and data breach in 2021. According to settlement administrators, the distribution of settlement funds has begun and will continue over the next few weeks. The 2021 cyber attack leaked personal data of approximately 76 million U.S. customers, including names, addresses, social security numbers, and other sensitive information.
