PANews reported on June 8th that James Wynn tweeted that HyperLiquid has never paid any compensation. "I previously contacted HyperLiquid twice, hoping to reach some cooperative agreement to reward them for the attention I brought, and although they seemed grateful, they did not provide such an agreement to anyone. Considering that their platform is decentralized and operates differently from traditional exchanges, this does make sense."
James Wynn claimed to have earned approximately $34,000 through referrals on the HyperLiquid platform. However, "considering the number of registered users and trading volume I brought, this is simply terrible. Their referral program is awful. Referral programs on other platforms are much better".
