More Crypto AI Corporate acquisition vehicles are emerging! This is becoming a trend too big to ignore as the added buy pressure rises. Interactive Strength (Nasdaq Listed: TRNR) is running the a similar AI Crypto treasury acquisition of @Fetch_ai - TRNR is up 15% on the day. - FET is up 7%. Yesterday, I highlighted the TAO treasury acquisition strategy for SNPX and Oblong (I'll link below). But this one is 5x larger. TLDR: i) TRNR is raising up to $500mm to buy FET tokens for its corporate treasury. ii) This is part of a new AI-focused crypto treasury strategy. iii) It has already secured $55M+ and is using BitGo for secure token custody. iv) Aims to become the first public company with a FET-only treasury. v) Positions FET as a long-term AI asset aligned with TRNR’s vision in fitness tech. Slight difference in strategy: i) TRNR = pure treasury play (hold FET). ii) SNPX = active strategy (hiring AI/crypto lead, exploring staking yield + software dev). i) TRNR is all-in on one token. ii) SNPX hedges via ecosystem involvement and potential operational synergies. Pretty nuts to me that this is fast becoming the new model for NASDAQ listed entities to get exposure specifically to Crypto AI assets. Companies are evolving into crypto AI treasury vehicles; Primed for becoming future acquisition targets as circulating supply of these assets dicipates.
