ToggleWhile the wave of mass adoption in Web3 remains a big question mark, an important question arises: Is there a blockchain that can truly reach ordinary users without compromising the experience? TAC was born to answer that question, with a clear mission: connecting DeFi on Ethereum with over 1 billion Telegram users through the TON ecosystem. What makes the project special? Let's explore the details with Allinstation in the article below!
What is TAC?
TAC is an EVM-compatible Layer 1 blockchain specifically built to bring Ethereum's DeFi ecosystem to the TON network and Telegram users. Unlike traditional EVM blockchains that only compete on speed or transaction fees, TAC focuses on the core element that Web3 is missing: distribution.
TAC allows Ethereum dApps to operate seamlessly within Telegram through MiniApps – embedded applications that can be opened instantly in the chat interface without installation, wallet connection, or complex dApp browsers.

How does TAC work?
TAC operates as a Layer 1 blockchain built on CosmosEVM (evmOS) – an EVM platform fully compatible with Ethereum development tools like Solidity, Hardhat, Foundry,… but with faster speed and lower latency. TAC's biggest differentiator is the TON Adapter – an exclusive integration layer that allows Solidity smart contracts to:
- Interact with TON wallets (like Tonkeeper, Telegram Wallet)
- Receive and pay using Jetton – TON's native token standard
- Operate as a backend for Telegram MiniApps without modifying the frontend
As a result, TAC creates a Hybrid dApps environment: EVM-based backend, frontend interacting through Telegram's familiar interface, an experience that doesn't require "user education".
- Create a user-friendly, smooth interface like a Web2 app, running directly in Telegram
- Call and receive data from smart contracts using simple JavaScript or TypeScript functions
- Integrate DeFi primitives (swap, vault, BNPL...) into chat, game, or social bot interfaces
- Directly connect to TON wallet so users don't need to leave Telegram or install any other applications
MiniApp SDK is the "UX key" that transforms dry DeFi dApps into user-favorite applications.
DeFi Primitives Suite – Pre-integrated Modules
To help builders avoid reinventing the wheel, TAC provides a set of ready-to-embed financial primitives:
- Yield Vaults: Users only need to "lock" USDT for a few weeks to unlock in-game items, boosters – yield generated from vaults will be partially redistributed as rewards
- Lending/Borrowing: BNPL application allowing users to mortgage TON, borrow USDT for immediate spending (buying gifts, services, etc.), pay later – completely DeFi but hidden as "buy now, pay later"
- Swap Aggregator: Allows automatic swapping directly in dApp, for example, users playing a game but only having USDT, the system will swap to game tokens (MIO, TON...) in the background without opening DEX
- Fee Sharing & Hook System: MiniApp applications can earn revenue from swap fees, lending fees, or vault yields – helping developers have a clear business model
All modules can be customized and quickly integrated via MiniApp SDK.
TAC's Outstanding Features
- Pre-distributed: Instead of building a community from scratch, TAC directly accesses hundreds of millions of Telegram users and millions of active TON wallets.
- No rewrite needed: Ethereum developers can deploy smart contracts as usual, without learning new SDKs or rewriting in another language.
- Full functionality from day one: TAC is not an empty network – DeFi, liquidation, infrastructure are ready from the first block.
- Web2 UX, Web3 logic: Users don't need to understand DeFi, wallets, or gas fees – just press a button in Telegram and it's done.
- MiniApp is the new distribution point for DeFi: Instead of waiting for users to enter dApp, DeFi is now embedded directly into daily experiences.

Development Team
TAC is led by a founding and operational team with extensive experience in blockchain, EVM infrastructure, and Web3 community development. With deep understanding of both technical aspects and user building, this team plays a central role in bringing DeFi to the masses through Telegram and the TON ecosystem.
Pavel Altukhov – Co-Founder & CEO
- Pavel is the co-founder and holds the highest executive role at TAC.
- He is the strategic director and product visionary, focusing on connecting the Ethereum DeFi ecosystem with billions of Telegram users.
Anton Bryantsev – Co-Founder & CTO
- Anton is the lead engineer responsible for technological architecture and TAC's entire technical platform.
- He has many years of experience in Layer 1 blockchain development and building complex bridges like TON Adapter.
Marco Monaco – Co-Founder & Growth Lead
- Marco is a co-founder and head of growth, responsible for driving TAC's expansion through product distribution strategies, community building, and ecosystem collaboration.
Aviral Avasthi – Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
- Aviral is in charge of all TAC marketing activities.
- He is behind viral campaigns like TAC Pilled and shaping how TAC communicates with the global Web3 community.

- She ensures smooth, sustainable, and effectively scalable implementation processes from technical to partnership levels.

Investors
TAC successfully raised $5 million from Hack VC, bringing the total capital to $11.5 million. TAC just completed a strategic funding round of $5 million led by Hack VC, raising the total funds to $11.5 million. This investment reflects the large funds' confidence in TAC's mission: bringing Ethereum DeFi to over 1 billion Telegram users through the TON ecosystem.

Strategic Partners
- Partnership with TON Foundation: TAC works closely with TON Foundation to integrate asset infrastructure (Jetton), wallet (Tonkeeper, Telegram Wallet), explorer and bridge, to ensure 100% compatibility with the TON ecosystem.
- Strategic DeFi partners like Resolv, Noon, Midas Capital
Summary
TAC is not just another EVM-compatible chain, it is a practical solution to Web3's mass adoption problem. Instead of waiting for users to learn how to use wallets and understand protocols, TAC brings DeFi to where users are already ready: Telegram.
With deep interaction capabilities with TON, infrastructure available from day one, and a user-experience-focused approach, TAC has the potential to become an important bridge between the Web3 world and the masses. In a world where DeFi is struggling to find users, TAC builds directly in a place that already has a "digital nation" of over a billion people, and that is what makes the difference.
