About NodeX 100
The Helioq NodeX series is divided into three types of models, physical devices designed specifically for AI edge computing, which have passed EU CE certification and testing reports, and feature a plug-and-play design.
The NodeX 100 being publicly sold is the standard version of the Helioq NodeX series, equipped with a high-performance Qualcomm QCS8250 AI chip. This chip has a powerful heterogeneous computing architecture with AI computing power reaching 15 TOPS, sufficient to handle heavy machine learning inference and multimedia processing tasks.

BIT Incentive System: Fairly Recording Your Early Contributions
1. What is BIT?
BIT is an internal non-transferable point designed to record and measure user contributions during the AINX mainnet pre-release period. Users can earn BIT by stably running NodeX devices. After the pre-release phase ends, the accumulated BIT will serve as a core credential for proportionally sharing the phase-specific $AINX token incentive pool. Additionally, BIT can be selectively exchanged for $SOL.
2. How to Earn BIT
Users only need to run NodeX devices and connect online to continuously obtain BIT as an incentive:
Each NodeX 100 has a basic output of approximately 100 BIT/hour.
Tip: The more stable the device runs and the longer it stays online, the more BIT will be accumulated. The earlier you participate, the longer you can accumulate BIT, and you can accumulate more BIT during the initial stage when the network's total BIT volume is small.
3. Early Participant Incentives (Exclusive to This Batch)
To reward early supporters and accelerate community growth, AINX has designed rich incentive mechanisms. For this batch of NodeX 100 devices, the BIT base rate is increased by 20%, with the bonus valid for 30 days. Example: NodeX 100 can earn 120 BIT/hour within 30 days (originally 100 BIT/hour)
Phased Pre-sale Mechanism
NodeX device sales will adopt a limited phased pre-sale strategy. The price and quantity of each batch will increase progressively, with lower costs and higher scarcity for earlier participants:

As first-batch users, you can obtain devices at a preferential price and share a dedicated 500 million AINX token reward pool for exchanging BIT earned during the pre-release period. Early bird users enjoy low prices, and due to fewer network participants in the initial stage, the token pool is relatively concentrated, offering the opportunity to obtain more substantial token shares.
Batch 2: Planned supply of 3,000 devices (including Batch 1). Batch 2 will launch after Batch 1 is sold out or after 2 months. It will also include a new 500 million AINX reward pool (cumulative total pool reaching 1 billion) for users of that batch to share.
Tip: Each batch is an exclusive, independent incentive activity. Your contributions will only be compared with participants in the same batch, sharing the complete $AINX token pool exclusive to that batch.
Token Exchange and Value Realization: From BIT to $AINX and $SOL
After the testnet ends, the BIT you hold will be key to sharing significant value.
1. AINX Token Allocation Rules
Your final AINX allocation will be strictly calculated based on your contribution ratio.

This allocation rule ensures that each user's incentives are tightly bound to their actual contributions.
2. SOL Redemption Mechanism (Optional)
To provide early supporters with more flexibility, AINX has specially established a $SOL redemption option:
- Funding Source: AINX will extract 20% of each batch's device sales revenue to purchase SOL in the open market and inject into the redemption pool.
- Redemption Window: After the pre-release period, a 1-2 week window will be opened where users can choose to consume more BIT (at a certain premium) to exchange for $SOL.
- Rules and Limitations: Exchange follows a "first-come, first-served" principle, stopping when the $SOL pool is exhausted. Each device has a limit on exchangeable $SOL (4 SOL). Remaining unexchanged BIT will automatically be used for AINX allocation.
Mainnet and Roadmap
- TGE and Mainnet Launch Time: Expected in Q4 2025, no later than Q1 2026.
