CBOE's securities exchange BZX has submitted a proposal for a new regulatory amendment to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to enable faster processing of cryptocurrency exchange-traded fund (ETF) listings. The Block reported that the proposal would eliminate the review process for exchange rule change filings (19b-4) for existing ETFs, allowing ETFs that meet certain requirements to be automatically listed and traded without additional approval procedures.
